Built a primary-source federal intelligence capability spanning DoD, NSF, NIH, and related programs, mapping funding flows, incumbents, partnership pathways, and emerging technology priorities.

  • Authored 10+ federal white papers across Army DEVCOM, Navy DON STEM, NDEP, NSF, NIH, and related opportunities.
